How to Check the Status of My Order?

You can log into your account to view the order status:
If you paid via PayPal, we will begin processing your order as soon as we receive the payment. If there are any issues with the order information, we will contact you before processing to make the necessary adjustments.
Here are some statuses for your order:

• Proof Artwork: Proof of artwork processing
• Confirm Your Artwork Proof: Please confirm your artwork proof
• In Production: Estimated shipping date: xx/xx-xx/xx
• Shipped: Tracking number: xxxxxxx

Confirmation: If the total number of items exceeds 5 types (such as acrylic keychains, acrylic fridge magnets, acrylic stands, stickers, canvas bags, etc.) or you have special requirements, we will contact you via email within 2-7 business days after receiving your payment for confirmation. Once you approve the proof, we will proceed with production.
What should I do if there is an issue with the order I received?
If there are any issues with your order, such as defective products or incorrect quantities, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving any defective items, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
