Customization Instructions

  1. Minimum Order Quantity: Most products can be ordered from just one piece up to any quantity.
  2. Accepted Users: Individual artists and business users.
  3. Professional Factory: High-end production processes and environmentally friendly materials.
  4. 60 Days Worry-Free Shopping: After-sales service is available for 60 days. If you find any quality issues within 60 days, you can contact us for assistance.
  5. Custom Needs: If you have any good ideas or other customization requirements, please let us know, and we will try our best to meet them.

Ordering Process

01 Ordering Steps:

  1. Select the product (material, process, size, accessories, quantity, etc.) + Upload files.
  2. Add to cart.
  3. Fill in the shipping address.
  4. Choose shipping method.
  5. Make payment.

Helpful Tips:

  1. For different products, processes, or accessories, please upload separate artwork and add them to the cart for unified checkout. For the same process and accessories, you only need to upload the file and add it to the cart for checkout.
  2. If there is an issue with the file you uploaded, we will contact you for corrections.
  3. The default hole position is at the top center of the design. If you need the hole in a specific position, please leave a note or guide to indicate the location.
    • If there are specific hole requirements or if your order includes more than 10 items, we will contact you via email to confirm the details.
    • If your order does not meet these specifications, the product will proceed directly to production, and you will not be contacted in advance.

File Requirements:
We accept PSD, PNG, PDF, and AI files.
We require CMYK colors (Japan Color 2001 Coated CMYK is the default).
For the best results, the minimum resolution should be 300dpi with a size of 1000x1000 pixels.
We prefer PNG or PSD files with transparent backgrounds.

Useful Tips:

  1. If submitting double-sided designs, please separate the layers.
  2. If your design includes semi-transparent parts, please separate them into their own layer in the PSD file and label it as the "semi-transparent layer."
  3. Remember that the dimensions of the accessory include the border and holes, determined by the longest edge of the design.

File Upload

Multiple Designs of the Same Size and Print Technology: You can save multiple designs using this method.

    What if my file is too large to upload? How many files can I upload?
    Please note that the file upload limit is 20MB. If the file exceeds this limit, you will receive a 413 error page indicating the file is too large.
    You can proceed by adding the product to your cart and then:
    ① Send the file to our official email: meidaip@163.com
    ② Copy the image link from Google Cloud Drive and place it in the notes section of your cart.

      Currently, we only accept PayPal payments. More payment options are under preparation.
