Can you help me design acrylic products/stickers/tote bags?
We cannot assist in creating artwork from scratch. However, if you already have an existing design, we can make minor adjustments during the proofing stage as needed (e.g., adding your logo or text).


Why is my product sent back for proofing?
Although rare, if there are issues with the cutting or weeding process, our production team may send the design back for proofing. We strive to be flexible, but some complex designs require modifications before they can be produced.
In most cases, we can predict these changes before production, but sometimes we can't and need to send the product back for further adjustments.
If this happens, we will notify you and ask for your approval on the new proof before resuming production. This may result in a delay of your shipping date to give us enough time to properly handle your order.

 

Can I reuse my artwork on a new order?
Yes, the artwork reuse feature allows you to easily use your previous design for new orders. After selecting the product, size, and quantity, you can either upload new artwork or choose a design from your past orders.
Artwork reuse is more flexible than reordering, allowing you to order different products with the same design or change the size of the artwork.


Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer discounts based on the specifications of each order, and these discounts are displayed in the shopping cart.
We aim to treat all customers fairly, so we incorporate discounts into our pricing algorithm, which calculates the cost based on the product, style, size, and quantity of each unique design. The more of a specific design you order, the lower the price per item. We also offer free artwork setup, unlimited proof revisions, multi-design discounts, fast turnaround, and promotions.
