How can I cancel my order?
You can easily cancel your order or individual items at any time before approving the proof. Please note, once the proof is approved, you can no longer cancel the order.
Of course, you can also cancel the order by emailing customer service.

Can I request changes after approving the proof?
No, once the proof has been approved, no changes can be made. Please carefully review your proof before approval. Once approved, we will automatically add your order to our production queue and aim to ship it as soon as possible. If changes are required after approval, a rework fee will apply.
